We begin near Scar Mountain, climbing to panoramic ridgeline views before flowing into the pristine wilderness boundary along Gordon Peak Trail. After a deep, duff-filled descent to the valley floor — and a creek crossing — we shuttle up for a final summit and massive descent off Crescent Mountain.
