Built by Riders. Grounded in the Backcountry.
We’ve spent years riding it, clearing it, and connecting every epic line — now it’s your turn to ride.

What began as trail work and big rides with friends grew into a way to share the backcountry. Trans-Cascadia Excursions isn’t just about guiding, it’s about opening the door to wild terrain through shuttles, trips, and unforgettable days in the mountains.

Trans Cascadia Excursions started with a truck, a handful of maps, and a deep obsession with riding the wildest trails in the Northwest.

Over time, those rides turned into something more. Nick was already deep in the mountain bike world, organizing Trans-Cascadia races and working on trail projects across Oregon and Washington. Jessi brought the creative spark—the details, the vibe, the hospitality. They started to realize that all the things they loved about riding in the mountains—the early mornings, the big views, the beer stashed in a creek—were worth sharing.
These days, it’s still a small, family-run operation. Nick and Jessi run the show from their home base in Oakridge, raising their daughter in the heart of it all. It’s personal work, grounded in a love for the trails, the community, and the kind of ride you talk about for years.

We’ll get you to the top, line up the day’s descents, and keep things flowing so you can ride more and drive less. Perfect for crews, solo riders, or anyone looking to rack up laps without the hassle. Cold drinks at the bottom, guaranteed.

Expect raw, technical trails, huge views, and terrain most riders never access without serious planning. We handle the shuttles, ride plan, and backup options — so you just focus on the ride.

Drop into deep forest loam, and timed shuttle support. Let our guides show you the lines you won’t find on Trailforks.

This isn’t a business. It’s a way of life. Join us for big days in the backcountry, secret swimming holes, epic experiences, and sharing it all with people who get it.
