Before You Drop In
Here’s what you need to know.
Each day trip has a designated pickup location, depending on the trail system and the ride plan for the day. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the exact meeting point and details. Please check your confirmation carefully and plan to arrive 15 minutes early.
If there’s space available, yes! Same-day bookings are possible but not guaranteed. We recommend booking ahead online to secure your spot. You can also call us day-of to check if we have openings.
Yes, you can! If you’re in the area and looking to hop on a shuttle, give them a call. However, same-day bookings are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. Please note that just because a shuttle is on the schedule doesn’t guarantee it will run.
Day trips are built for intermediate to advanced riders who are comfortable with technical descents, climbing sections, and long days in the saddle. Expect a mix of rocky, rooty, and loamy terrain. If you’re unsure if a trip is right for you, reach out — we’ll help match you to the best ride.
Weather changes fast in the Pacific Northwest! Bring the essentials:
- Rain jacket (even if it looks sunny)
- Plenty of water and snacks
- Spare tube and basic tools
- Riding layers (light gloves, windbreaker)
- Sunscreen
- Sturdy shoes
We recommend a small pack to carry your supplies.
Space in the shuttle is reserved for riders only. If you have a group with special needs (photographers, support crew, etc.), reach out ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Yes! Season Shuttle Passes are available for $399 per person, per season, linked here. Passes are valid for any Oakridge shuttles running from May 1 to November 1, but please note that blackout dates apply. As a season pass holder, it’s important to understand that shuttles don’t always go out—a minimum of two riders is required for a shuttle to run.
Yes. All riders must sign a waiver before participating. Once you book, you’ll receive the waiver electronically — it only takes a minute to complete online.
Yes, and it’s always appreciated! Our drivers are experienced mountain bikers themselves and work hard to make your day a success. Tips (cash or Venmo) and Google Reviews both go a long way to supporting our small business.
Welcome to the mountains! We ride rain or shine. However, in rare cases of extreme weather (forest closures, lightning storms, wildfire danger), we may cancel for safety reasons. In that case, we’ll work with you to reschedule or refund.
Yes! If you’d prefer a private experience for your group, we offer private shuttle options. Contact us ahead of time to arrange your own custom day. You can find more info here.
