4. Cancellations and Refunds

Day Trips & Custom Trips:

  • 60+ days before departure: 75% refund
  • 31–60 days before: 50% refund
  • 30 days or fewer: No refunds
  • Weather or acts of nature: Store credit issued

Shuttle Rides:

  • 60+ days before ride: 75% refund or 100% store credit
  • 31–60 days: 50% refund or 75% store credit
  • 15–30 days: No refund, 50% store credit
  • 2–14 days: No refund, 25% store credit
  • Less than 48 hours/no-shows: No refunds or credits

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share information with trusted providers (like XOLA or our email platforms) only as needed to fulfill services.
